The Listen Technologies LA-430 Intelligent Earphone Neck Loop Lanyard is an integrated neck loop that works with any of the company`s iDSP receivers and any of their earphones (available separately) and uses a DSP loop driver to deliver an improved listening experience for people who have hearing aids and cochlear implants with telecoils. It is capable of providing the proper field strength and a flat frequency response from the neck to the listening plane of the hearing aid`”in accordance with IEC60118-4 standards. An automatic gain control circuit with a dynamic range of 36 dB optimizes speech and provides clear, intelligible audio.
The LA-430 plugs into an iDSP receiver and easily slips over the head to be worn around the neck like a lanyard; a quick release ensures immediate removal if necessary. The 3.5mm earphone jack on one side provides a connection to Listen`s universal earphones or a similar pair of earbuds. The LA-430 enables venues to meet legislative requirements for assistive listening and deliver an enjoyable listening experience in places where it`s difficult to hear, such as theaters, lecture halls, concert venues, and houses of worship.
