Planar Systems URP85-ERO-T Overview
The UltraRes P Series 85" UHD 4K Touchscreen Commercial Monitor from Planar is a 450 nits bright LCD display, capable of 24/7 continuous operation. The URP85-ERO-T features Planar ERO-LCD protective glass and infrared touch that supports up to 20 simultaneous touch points. With built-in scheduling, monitoring, control system support, and the ability to display in portrait or landscape orientation, the URP85-ERO-T is ideal for dynamic digital signage, especially where interactivity is needed. Multi-input display capability allows for up to four sources to be viewed on screen at one time, with image adjustments available to optimize picture quality for each source separately. Additionally, the URP85-ERO-T is TAA compliant with no wireless function or open-source OS, making it secure for government applications.
Extended Ruggedness & Optics
Planar ERO-LCD (Extended Ruggedness and Optics) technology featuring Corning Gorilla Glass involves optical bonding or laminating cover glass to the front surface of the LCD video wall or large format LCD display with a bonding agent that completely fills the air gap. This creates a highly durable display surface that withstands the rigors of high-traffic and interactive environments. Planar ERO-LCD also improves perceived contrast by more than 300% and reduces parallax error.
Multi-Source Viewing
Planar MediaPlex Plus Processing enables advanced multi-source viewing, image adjustments, remote monitoring, and e-mail alerts. It supports picture-in-picture, dual, triple, or quad layouts and storable preset configurations that can be recalled with one command.
