Visionect Joan 6 Pro Overview
Simplify your company's conference room scheduling with the black Visionect Joan 6 Pro E-Paper Conference Room Booking Display. The 6" high-contrast e-ink touchscreen LCD display shows the status of rooms and can be used to reserve rooms and manage meeting times. The display connects to your network via integrated Wi-Fi connectivity and has a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 6 months on a single charge to provide a cable-free installation. You can mount the display to the wall outside a conference room with the included magnetic wall surface mount and easily integrate with your existing calendar tool.
Smart Magnet for Smart Installation
With every Joan 6 Pro unit you also get a Smart Magnet which is the main carrier of information about each room. Any Joan 6 Pro attached to the magnet will automatically show the right information about any specific room. Attach Joan 6 Pro to any firm, even surface you want without laying cables or renovating. Joan 6 Pro supports 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi dual band standard, and WPA2 Enterprise support. It works on a TLS 1.3 encryption.
Centralized Management
Manage all your Joan displays from one web portal and provide a pleasant working environment. Choose your language, enter working hours, customize buttons, and name rooms. Analyze peak hours, popular meeting rooms, most active users, and other relevant insights to make the most of your workdays. Once you connect the device with your company calendar, the scheduled meetings will automatically display on your Joan 6 Pro room scheduler.
