Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV Overview

The ConferenceSHOT AV Bundle from Vaddio includes a white ConferenceSHOT AV camera, an audio embedder, and a TableMIC microphone. This plug-and-play conference camera system can be deployed as a standalone solution or as a part of an existing network setup. The ConferenceSHOT AV Bundle also includes a PoE+ power injector, a terminal connector, and mounting accessories along with power, USB, and Cat 5 cables.

Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV PTZ Camera (White)

This white ConferenceSHOT AV PTZ Camera from Vaddio is suitable for use in conference rooms from small to medium. It captures and transmits video from 180p to 1920 x 1080p at 30p over USB 3.0, and 180p to 1920 x 1080p at up to 60p while IP streaming from a single 1/2.8" -type Exmor sensor. Featuring a 10x optical zoom and 11x Super-Wide optical zoom, the camera has a 67/74° angle of view at wide, with a 7.6° angle of view when zoomed in all the way.

The camera simultaneously outputs UVC video over USB 3.0 and streams IP video (H.264) using RTSP protocols. You can control the camera from a networked computer via the Ethernet port, and an included IR remote provides local control. Audio is handled via optional external mics (not included).

The camera's outputs are active at all times, so there is no need to select one output over another. This also allows you to output to more than one display device or recorder at the same time. The built-in IP streaming simplifies streaming your video over a network.

PoE+ provides power over an Ethernet cable, so you are not limited where you can mount the camera by needing an AC outlet. You can mount this camera wherever you can run an Ethernet cable.

The camera features a built-in web based interface for control via your browser.

Two EasyMIC ports allow you to connect two Vaddio EasyMIC microphones (not included).

Vaddio TableMIC Microphone (White)

Offering 360° pickup to cover your entire meeting room or conferencing space, the white Vaddio TableMIC is a tabletop microphone made to provide easy plug-and-play operation with EasyMIC-compatible Vaddio products and enhanced voice clarity with popular platforms such as Skype, Zoom, Teams, and WebEx.

The three unidirectional condenser elements incorporate built-in echo cancellation for intelligible calls and integrated DSP-based EQ, filtering, and automatic gain control to ensure optimal signal quality without requiring manual manipulation of settings.

The top of the TableMIC features capacitive touch controls for simple and noise-free operation of mute/unmute, speaker volume up/down, and camera triggering. The bottom of the TableMIC utilizes a rugged metal base and special feet to inhibit vibrations that can distract listeners. A Cat 5 cable is supplied for ease of installation.

Designed to reduce distracting noises that arise in the conference room, the TableMIC's solid metal base construction and engineered feet diminish table vibration noise that other table microphones experience.

The top of the TableMIC features a capacitive touch control surface for silent operation of functions such as mute/unmute, speaker volume up/down and camera trigger. The ability to enable and disable button functionality during configuration can further simplify the end user's videoconferencing experience.

With 360-degree coverage from three unidirectional condenser microphone elements, a single TableMIC microphone provides excellent coverage for most meeting rooms.

Each of the three unidirectional cardioid microphone elements in the microphone is equipped with integrated echo cancellation and Digital Signal Processing (DSP), including equalization, filtering, and automatic gain control (AGC). The DSP in a companion product such as the Vaddio AV Bridge MATRIX PRO or EasyUSB Mixer/Amp provides an AEC reference from the far end and applies it to individual mic elements, so conference calls are crystal-clear on both ends of the conversation.
