Christie DWU15A-HS Overview

Enjoy high brightness without the need for high-power runs with the Christie DWU15-HS 14,000-Lumen WUXGA Laser DLP Projector. Hitting 15,750 ISO lumens while needing only 10A of operating current, the DWU15-HS is Christie's lightest and brightest 1DLP laser projector to run at full brightness on a single 10A, 120V circuit. With a long-lasting laser light source and 1DLP technology, the DWU15-HS is a cost-effective option for large displays in high-use applications, such as auditoriums, boardrooms, houses of worship, hotels, live events, and more. With Christie Twist built-in and Christie Mystique compatibility, the DWU15-HS offers users the tools needed to quickly and easily set up and align irregular screens and multi-projector displays.

Laser Light Illumination

Rated at 20,000 hours to 50% brightness, Christie laser projectors are engineered for long life and low maintenance, even in high-use situations. To provide extra peace of mind, Christie provides a warranty to cover the illumination system for five years or 20,000 hours, whichever comes first.

Flexible Connections

Connect practically any video device to the DWU15-HS with 3G SDI, DisplayPort, HDBaseT, and two HDMI 2.0b inputs. HDMI and 3G SDI outputs are provided for daisy-chaining in multi-projector applications.

Christie BoldColor+ Technology

Christie BoldColor+ Technology creates the color balance needed to accurately reproduce colorful images without sacrificing brightness. Christie BoldColor+ Technology employs blue and red laser diodes as well as an optical chamber, video processing, and specialized software to produce enhanced color and saturation and more lifelike visuals when compared to typical laser phosphor projectors.

4-Segment 2x or 3x Speed Color Wheel

The DWU15-HS features a 4-segment RGBY color wheel to provide more accurate color reproduction over standard RGB color wheels. The DLP color wheel speed can also be adjusted between 2x and 3x. Use the 2x speed to increase the projector's lifetime and reduce the noise level, or run it at 3x speed to eliminate the rainbow phenomenon.

Built-In Christie Twist and Compatible with Christie Mystique

Built-in Christie Twist allows you to seamlessly edge-blend and stack multiple projected images on any 2D or 3D surface and precisely control the geometry of each projector through an easy-to-use grid-point, mesh interface. Working in conjunction with Twist, Christie Mystique automates multi-projector warping and blending. With the click of a mouse, the camera-based software automatically aligns, stacks, and blends multi-projector systems in minutes. For simple 2D setups using up to 3 projectors in a single horizontal array on a flat screen or surface, you can download Mystique Lite at no additional cost and purchase an inexpensive supported webcam to get started.
