Comica Audio ADCaster C1 Overview

Featuring an ultraportable design for podcasting and streaming virtually anywhere, the ADCaster 1 from Comica Audio is a miniature audio interface with high-resolution 24-bit / 48 kHz sound capture and sophisticated features oriented towards the modern content creator. With diverse I/O, including phantom-powered 3.5mm and XLR (via USB-C) inputs, you can record up to two mics simultaneously, and feed the audio into virtually any device including computers and smart devices.

Convenient streaming-oriented features include one-click activated denoising, loopback, muting, and ducking, as well as six touch-sensitive pads (four preset, two user created) for enhancing the production quality of your streams and podcasts. The internal battery gives you six hours of operation, freeing you from the confines of a studio, and you can power the interface over USB-C from a power adapter, power bank, or computer for even more operating time. The ADCaster 1 includes one 2-in-1 USB audio cable, one USB-C to dual-XLR audio cable, two 3.5mm TRRS audio cables, one USB-C to USB-A charging cable, and two sound pad templates.

The ADCaster C1 sound card supports hi-resolution 24-bit / 48 kHz sampling rate and bit depth, as well as extremely low noise. The sound card features dual 48V phantom-powered XLR inputs, dual 3.5mm inputs, and a USB OTG interface.

Designed with external dual XLR inputs via a USB-C to XLR cable and dual integrated 3.5mm mic input jacks, the ADCaster C1 sound card is compatible with 99% of existing XLR and 3.5mm mics. You can use up to two microphone inputs at the same time without issue during two-person podcasts or interviews.

3.5mm and USB-C Output for Live Streaming

You can use the USB-C digital output and the two 3.5mm analog jacks to support connections with multiple mobile phones and computers simultaneously, achieving a multiplatform synchronous live streaming setup with ease.

Internal Bluetooth 5.3 Chipset

The high-quality Bluetooth 5.3 chip supports stable transmission and low latency. You can directly connect your smartphone or similar device without worrying about cable clutter. Audio transmits wirelessly without stuttering.

Dedicated Controls

The ADCaster C1 is equipped with two separate preamp gain control knobs, providing up to 60 dB of gain. It is widely compatible with 90% of high-impedance dynamic microphones. Intuitive controls make it easy to adjust background volume, realtime monitor volume, and output gain with just a single click.

Preset and Custom Sound Effects

You get four warm-up sound effects including applause, cheering, laughter, and embarrassment, as well as two custom sound effects. Freely record your favorite songs, music, beats, and more to create exclusive sound FX and establish your streaming or podcasting atmosphere.

Along with level controls, you can also activate a number of useful features for supporting your productions with just a single button press, including:
