The Image Line FL Studio 21 Signature Edition is a complete software music production environment that includes FL Studio 21 Producer Edition along with the Signature plug-in bundle. It delivers a full suite of music creation features including audio recording and editing, MIDI piano roll and step sequencing, live performance mode, and multitouch support. It also includes over 80 software synthesizers and effect plug-ins.

This latest update introduces faster and more precise audio editing, improved content discovery, control over the mood of the DAW, and even more inspirational, creative tools. The software offers full Mac OS X and macOS support (10.11 or later), unlimited time signature changes, consolidate clips (freezing), playlist arrangements, full plug-in delay compensation, and a redesigned tool bar. FL Studio 21 Signature Edition has support for AU and VST 64-bit, DX, and FL Native plug-in formats, and it can be hosted in other DAWs as a VST or connected through ReWire. FL Studio 21 offers a host of advanced audio recording and editing functions that you can use to capture and fine tune your musical ideas. Each channel of the mixer is equipped with a parametric EQ and can hold up to 10 effects (VST, DX, or FL s Native format). Software is compatible with both Mac and Windows. FL Studio is now available as a 64-bit native macOS application and includes AU and VST plug-in support. AU plug-ins will scan along with VST plug-ins using the plug-in manager.

Time Signatures:

• Default time signature is set in the project
• General settings and time signature changes with time markers

Consolidate Clips (Freezing): Bounce selected audio and pattern clips to a single audio clip via:

• Playlist Menu: Consolidate playlist selection - bounces selected clips to audio
• Playlist Track: Consolidate track - bounces an entire playlist track to audio
• Picker Panel: Render as audio clip - creates audio clips ready to use

Playlist Arrangements: An arrangement is the layout of audio, automation, and pattern clips in the playlist as you added them. Use the drop-down arrangements menu to manage multiple playlist versions of the project (working ideas, sound design, versions etc.)

Plug-In Delay Compensation: Automatic PDC now work for all normal use cases including for mixer sends. Manual and auto-PDC can now coexist. Manual PDC is applied as an offset to auto PDC. Updates include:
