ASUS Chromebox 5 Mini Desktop Computer (Enterprise)

love this unit, no more Windows bloatware and junk/spam mail, and Takes up little space and charges my phone. Love it

I've been using a Chromebook for years, and love the ease of them (couple different brands, but ASUS longer lasting than another big PC maker with two initials). Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I wanted to replace my traditional PC for my studio, and things I've read suggested it had more function applications available than I've found--so far it's just like my Chromebook, and everything is by apps. Alas I haven't yet found a good replacement for Photoshop that does what I do on my PC (more jpeg image file editing compression than just photo touchups), so I'm not getting rid of the PC yet. But I don't need my PC connected to the internet anymore, as everything else I do need I can do on the Chromebox. I can rely on the built-in features and cancel protective services no longer pay for document/spreadsheet programs, since I'm used to working with the Chromebook versions already... I do love the small format and ease of use of this Chromebox--and much prefer google world to the other fruit device world. But until a good app version of a photo/jpeg artwork editor is available to replace the version for PCs, I can't take full advantage of the benefit of the small size, since I still need my PC!
