Specifically designed to pack more units in a single rack, this slim powerhouse delivers the performance your team needs, as well as the ability to upgrade and expand as your compute demands evolve. You ll be able to upgrade the memory up to 256GB, install two GPUs, and upgrade the power supply with redundant or aggregate options. This system may also be mounted within a rack using HP s Z4 Rail Rack Kit.

This system is powered by a 3.0 GHz Intel Xeon w3-2425 6-Core processor and 16GB of 4800 MHz DDR5 ECC Registered RAM. For storage of your files, there is a 512GB NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 SSD, plus an additional M.2 2280 slot that supports PCIe 4.0 x4 SSDs. If you want to add external storage drives, optical drives, printers, memory card readers, or other peripherals, the Z4 Rack G5 features six 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports (4 front, 2 rear), with one of the front ports doubling as a charging port. For users who wish to add additional components to the drive bays, there are two external 2.5" bays for NVMe SSDs and one 3.5" bay for a hard drive or, using a 2.5" adapter, two M.2 drives.

The dedicated NVIDIA RTX A2000 graphics card has 12GB GDDR6 of GDDR6 VRAM and delivers a sharp, clear picture. Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the integrated Realtek ALC3205-CG audio controller outputs high-definition audio using a 3.5mm output and delivers higher fidelity than standard audio controllers. Network connectivity is achieved using an integrated Gigabit Ethernet port.

The Z4 Rack G5 includes a USB keyboard, a USB mouse, a power cord, and HP s Z4 Rail Rack Kit. It is powered by an internal 675W power supply. The installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro (64-bit).
