Certified by Avid and VR-ready, the Z8 Fury G5 Tower Workstation from HP offers more CPU performance in order to accelerate rendering with real-time ray tracing, data visualization, and model training, plus plenty of room to expand as demands change. The system is powered by a 2.5 GHz Intel Xeon w7-3465X 28-Core processor with 75MB of cache memory, allowing you to run multiple applications simultaneously and provide significant performance gains when running multi-threaded tasks. If more power is needed, the CPU can deliver extra performance by increasing its clock speed up to 4.6 GHz utilizing Intel s Turbo Boost technology. The 64GB of 4800 MHz DDR5 ECC Registered RAM comes in a 4 x 16GB configuration and may be upgraded to 2TB by using a 128GB module in each of the sixteen 288-pin DIMM slots.

For long-term storage of your files, this system is equipped with a 512GB PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD with an M.2 2280 form factor. If you want to add external storage drives, optical drives, printers, memory card readers, or other peripherals, the Z8 Fury G5 features ten 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports (four front and six rear), one of which doubles as a charging port. There is also a Thunderbolt 4 card with two Thunderbolt 4 ports and two mini DisplayPorts. For users who wish to add additional components to the drive bays, the Z8 Fury G5 features two PCIe 4.0 x8 slots, each of which can fit two M.2 2280 SSDs, four internal 3.5" drive bays, two external 5.25" drive bays, and a 9.5mm slim optical bay. The dedicated NVIDIA RTX A4000 graphics card has 16GB of GDDR6 RAM and delivers a sharp, clear picture, while allowing for multiple simultaneous displays to be used via its four DisplayPort 1.4a outputs at resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 @ 120 Hz. There are also two mini DisplayPort inputs. Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the integrated Realtek ALC3205-CG audio controller outputs high-definition audio and delivers higher fidelity than standard audio controllers. Network connectivity is achieved using dual integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports.

The Z8 Fury G5 Tower Workstation includes a USB keyboard, a USB mouse, and a power cord. The installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro (64-bit).
