Designed for filmmakers working in the wild, the 2TB Gecko USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 Portable SSD from Exascend is purpose-built to take on outdoor adventures. Built using IP67-rated aluminum, it can withstand impacts, water, and dust. Thanks to an integrated hot shoe, it can be attached directly to cameras with a compatible mount. It also features a storage capacity of up to 2TB, a 20 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 interface that delivers read and write speeds of up to 1700 MB/s, an endurance rating of up to 3000TB, an UBER rating of < 1 sector per 10¹⁷ bits read, is powered via USB, and uses 3D TLC NAND flash memory. Exascend also built this SSD with RAID ECC technology that aids in rebuilding corrupted data and SuperCruise technology that optimizes write performance for greater stability.

Note: To achieve maximum advertised speeds, please make sure your computer or host device is certified to support the 20 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 connection. Apple devices, including those with Thunderbolt/USB4, do not support 20 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 and will be limited to 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2.
