Apple M2 Chip

The iPad Air now features the M2 chip, delivering fast performance and high power efficiency. With a powerful 8-Core CPU, 9-Core GPU, and a 16-Core Neural Engine, the M2 is nearly 50 percent faster than the previous generation. With M2, the iPad Air is an ideal device for AI, featuring a more efficient 16-core Neural Engine that is 40 percent faster than M1. Combined with ML accelerators in the CPU and a powerful GPU to boost on-device machine learning, along with Apple silicon's unified memory architecture, iPad Air delivers optimal AI performance. 11" Liquid Retina Touchscreen

The iPad Air has an 11" Liquid Retina Display with a 2360 x 1640 resolution and P3 wide color gamut coverage for vivid colors. It also has True Tone, 500 nits of brightness, and an anti-reflective coating for better viewing. True Tone optimizes the white balance of the display to best fit your ambient light, so it's easy on the eyes. The screen supports both the Apple Pencil Pro and the Apple Pencil (USB-C).

Ultra Wide 12MP Landscape Front Camera

Now located on the long side of the iPad Air, the Ultra Wide 12MP front-facing camera creates an ideal video calling experience. With Center Stage, machine learning enables the camera to automatically adjust to keep everyone in the field of view.

Advanced 12MP Rear Camera

The 12MP wide rear camera captures vivid photos and detailed 4K videos. And the large, high-resolution Liquid Retina display lets you retouch images, edit your film, and easily share them - all on iPad Air.
