Apple M3 Max 14-Core

Packed with 92 billion transistors, the Apple M3 Max integrates the CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, I/O, and more into a single system on a chip (SoC). Now built with 3nm process technology, the Apple M3 Pro delivers the performance you need without sacrificing power efficiency. The 14-Core CPU features ten performance cores and four efficiency cores. The enhanced 16-Core Neural Engine accelerates powerful machine learning models, making AI/ML workflows even faster while keeping data on device to preserve privacy. The M3 Max offers support for up to 96GB of unified memory.

With a 30-Core GPU, the M3 Max features Dynamic Caching, which allocates the use of local memory in hardware in real time. Dynamic Caching only uses the exact amount of memory needed is used for each task, which dramatically increases the average utilization of the GPU, resulting in significant performance increases for the most demanding pro apps and games. Hardware-accelerated ray tracing has arrived for the Mac. Ray tracing models the properties of light as it interacts with a scene, allowing apps to create extremely realistic and physically accurate images.
