The 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1245U 10-Core processor features performance cores that can be boosted up to 4.4 GHz to drive demanding applications while the efficiency cores handle background tasks and multitasking. The Surface Pro 9 also includes 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD storage. The Surface Pro 9 not only delivers performance, but can also handle your tasks with up to 15.5 hours of battery life on a single charge (battery life may vary depending on use).

13" PixelSense Touchscreen

Think big with the virtually edge-to-edge 13" PixelSense touchscreen. With a 2880 x 1920 resolution at 267 ppi and a 3:2 aspect ratio, the display provides a high-res experience. The display has a 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate. With up to 450 nits of brightness, the display has Dolby Vision IQ support. The screen has 10-point touch support, allowing you to use your fingers or a stylus (sold separately). The built-in kickstand allows you to find your ideal viewing angle.

Connectivity

Stay connected while on the go with Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) wireless connectivity. The 13" Surface Pro 9 can reach up to 15.5 hours of battery life on a single charge with typical use (may vary depending on usage). To get the traditional laptop experience, you can use the Surface Pro 9 with a Surface Signature Keyboard (sold separately). You can also connect other peripherals and accessories with Bluetooth 5.2.

Thunderbolt 4

Thunderbolt 4 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB Type-C connector and features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB4 at up to 20 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort allows you to connect either one 8K monitor or up to two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single port.

Windows 10 Pro

Windows 10 Pro includes all of the features of Windows 10 Home plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access. Devices will also be able to join domains and the Azure Active Directory, and they can even access a specialized version of the Windows Store featuring custom, company-specific applications.
