Adapt to any environment with the 14" ASUS Zenbook DUO UX8406 Multi-Touch Notebook as your travel companion. Featuring two linked 1920 x 1200 resolution touchscreens and a detachable keyboard with touchpad, the Zenbook DUO supports multiple configurations ranging from a traditional 14" laptop to a 19.8" tablet. Dual 3K 120 Hz OLED Touchscreen Displays

Each of the two Pantone validated 14" ASUS Lumina OLED Full HD (1920 x 1200) touchscreens deliver rich, color accurate visuals with 100% DCI-P3 gamut coverage. Dolby Vision high-dynamic range provides realistically bright highlights and deep shadows with a 1 million:1 contrast ratio and 500 nits peak brightness, making it ideal for creating content and watching videos.

An ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness and color temperature to match your environment. The screens may individually display content or have documents extended across them.

Choose Your Mode

The included wireless Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad may be magnetically attached to the lower screen, allowing you to use the Zenbook DUO as a traditional 14" laptop to fit airplane tray tables and other tight spaces. The screen bezel s POGO connectors keep the keyboard s battery charged as you work.

Removing the keyboard provides lets you use the two screens as a single 19.8" monitor. A built-in kickstand allows you to place the screens vertically with the keyboard attached to the bottom bezel, giving you space to scroll through lengthy documents and lines of code. Placing the screens side-by-side with the keyboard completely detached helps to enhance your multitasking by making it easy to compare content. You can also use the Zenbook DUO as a 19.8" tablet to share content. The included ASUS Pen stylus lets you make detailed illustrations, notes, and edits with 4096 pressure levels.

Intuitive Control

Tap with six fingers to call up the virtual keyboard on the lower screen. Not only does this make it easier to quickly switch between laptop and tablet modes, but it also enables intuitive smartphone-like controls. Swiping down with six fingers provides access to different utilities, including handwriting tools and a numeric keypad. Tapping with three fingers brings up a virtual touchpad. Swiping outward with five fingers dismisses the keyboard and expands your content across both screens. The App Switcher allows you to quickly launch and organize your applications across the screens.

Compact Design, Big Performance

Weighing just 3.6 pounds, the Zenbook DUO is easy to pack and carry. But don t be fooled by its small size. Inside is a 1.4 GHz Intel Core Ultra 7 155H 16-Core processor that drives applications with six Performance cores and 4.8 GHz Max Turbo 3.0 frequency while the eight Efficient and two Low Power Efficient cores handle background tasks. A dedicated neural processor (NPU) accelerates AI tasks, including Copilot in Windows 11 and supported applications.

Integrated Intel Arc Graphics delivers lifelike visuals while the 16GB of onboard LPDDR5x memory and 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD help to smoothly load and multitask applications. The Zenbook DUO s advanced cooling system features a heat spreader between the motherboard and OLED panel, which allows the CPU, GPU, and other critical components to operate without throttling.

Stay Connected

Enjoy productive video meetings with the ASUS AiSense Full HD webcam and a dual microphone array that uses AI-driven noise cancelling technology to ensure clear communications. The webcam also works with Windows Hello facial recognition to quickly log you in without having to enter a password. The Dolby Atmos-enhanced Harman/Kardon audio system provides rich music and video listening experiences. Wi-Fi 6E support allows you to use the less congested 6 GHz band with compatible networks for high-speed internet connections.

Each of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports can transfer up to 40 Gb/s and power with compatible devices. You can also use them alongside the HDMI 2.1 port to connect external displays. Reserve the USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port for 5 Gb/s compatible devices.

Made for Travel

The Zenbook DUO is tested to MIL-STD 810H military standards for extreme temperatures, shock, vibration, and high altitudes. The 75Wh battery is tested to provide up to 8.8 hours in single-screen mode and 8 hours in dual-screen configuration. A 49-minute recharge can bring the battery to about 60% charge. A convenient backpack is also included.

Windows 11 Home

Microsoft simplified the design and user experience with Windows 11. It has a modern, clean design with a new Start Menu position. Snap Layouts, Groups, and Desktops allow you to multitask with ease. Microsoft has also integrated some of their apps, such as Microsoft Teams. The redesigned Microsoft Store makes it easier to look for supported apps.
