Designed for high versatility, the ThinkPad X1 Fold 16's interior is comprised almost entirely of a 16.3" OLED touchscreen display with a double hinge that lets it neatly fold in half like a book. This design lets you view content independently on the left and right sides in book mode, making it easier to compare documents and multitask applications. Laying it on one side turns it into a small laptop, and you can use either the on-screen haptic keyboard or the included ThinkPad Bluetooth TrackPoint keyboard for typing and control. The backlit wireless keyboard can be magnetically attached to half the screen for easier on-lap use, or along its edge for a full view of the screen. Simply snap the keyboard to the computer's lid for easy travel. A stand is also included, which provides a full view of the screen and allows you to place it in portrait or landscape mode, making this laptop ideal for both productivity and entertainment applications.
In addition to having a 4:3 aspect ratio, the display delivers realistic visuals with Dolby Vision high-dynamic range support and coverage for 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut. Use the included Lenovo Precision Pen to make detailed photo edits, draw illustrations, sign documents, and more. The pen features up to 400 days of battery life and has three configurable shortcut buttons to help streamline your workflow. It also magnetically attaches to the side of the laptop so you can keep it nearby as you work.

Meeting the Intel Evo design standards, inside is a power-efficient 1.1 GHz Intel Core i7-1260U processor with integrated Iris Xe Graphics that drives applications with two Performance cores while the eight Efficient cores handle background tasks. It also includes 32GB of onboard LPDDR5-5200 memory and a 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD that allows you quickly load and multitask a variety of applications.

The Dolby Atmos triple speaker system is designed to deliver immersive audio, no matter which configuration you choose. Its 5MP webcam is complemented by a four-microphone array that helps to provide clear communications with clients, co-workers, and friends.
Each of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports allow you to transfer up to 40 Gb/s with compatible devices. There is also a 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port. All three ports support DisplayPort video with compatible monitors and power delivery.
Travel Ready
The Windows Hello compatible infrared webcam allows you to log in with just a glance and the wireless keyboard has a built-in fingerprint reader. Integrated Glance by Mirametrix technology uses the webcam to sense your presence, and automatically locks your system when you leave.
Having passed the MIL-STD-810H military testing standards, the ThinkPad X1 Fold 16 is ready to accompany you to almost anywhere. Its 64Wh lithium-ion polymer battery provides up to 10.23 hours, depending on use, with around 15 hours of video playback. Recharging the battery for about four hours gives you about 30 minutes of operation.
Windows 11 Pro
Microsoft simplified the design and user experience with Windows 11. It has a modern, clean design with a New Start Menu position. Snap Layouts, Groups, and Desktops allow you to multitask with ease. Microsoft has also integrated some of their apps, such as Microsoft Teams. The redesigned Microsoft Store makes it easier to look for supported apps. Windows 11 Pro also has features specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access.
