With data rates of up to 40 Gb/s, you'll be able to drive uncompressed 10-bit HDR resolutions of up to 4K at 144 Hz and 8K at 30 Hz with a 4:4:4 chroma subsampling. Higher resolutions, such as 15360 x 8640 at 30 Hz, are supported through chroma subsampling and Display Stream Compression (DSC). DisplayPort 2.1 also supports dynamic HDR, so you'll be able to take advantage of formats that include Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X.
