The USB C connection is quite nice. It doesn't charge my computer much, but I think it keeps it from dying as fast. If it did have enough juice to charge my computer, I'd be a lot happier, but this is what you can get for this price. It has allowed me to reduce the cables I use though. I was using HDMI, a USB hub, and a power cable. Now I use a power cable and a USB C from the computer to the monitor only. And my USB hub plugs into the monitor with no issues. I also plug a webcam into the back of the monitor. See pics. Eventually I'll deal with better cable management. The swivel from side to side rotates the entire base, which was kind of unexpected. And moving the monitor up and down is easy, but fine tuning that is sometimes a little tedious. Tilt function works great. As for image quality, I haven't noticed anything noteworthy for good or bad reasons. It seems about the same as a €350 gaming monitor I had previously from ASUS. I don't game, so I can't tell you about that functionality. I do watch a lot of video content though, and that works well. I do also like the thin bezel. I saw in another review somewhere a complaint that once they received the monitor they realized the image didn't go all the way to the edge of the bezel. There's a black strip around the sides. It's a small black strip, and I don't mind it. And it does look a lot better than an actual plastic bezel the same size. When adding my webcam, I had to add some foam to my camera to keep from covering up part of the image area. The monitor comes up in your sound settings as having a speaker, but that's just the headphone jack cable you could plug into the monitor. I just use a bluetooth speaker. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. Eventually I may get an arm to mount it on since I find myself wanting to scoot it forward and backward on my desk.
