Only one complaint, it happens to me one time, when it goes to sleep mode it stayed in black screen, only resolution was to disconnect from outlet and connect it again, i read is a manufacturer problem, everything else is great.

Before purchasing I read a lot of reviews going on about the bad back lighting and the fact that the steep curve can be disorientating. Maybe I just acclimated to it quickly, but I absolutely love it. It's extremely immersive and I have encountered far less eye strain than I have using my traditional 1080p 23 flat monitor. While I do agree that the blacks are just a tad bit washy, I haven't experienced any back light bleed or 'flickering'. A word of warning when assembling--it may be easier with an extra pair of hands. The monitor itself is much heavier than expected.

Let's start with the packaging and setup. I have never had a monitor that came with what are basically IKEA-level instructions to build it. Literally 15 steps with clarifying sub-steps. The anti-static material is good, but then they put masking tape that tears it apart upon pulling, so there's no way to reuse the anti-static for repacking if you need to move the monitor around, like I will when moving apartments. That said, the box is well-designed to hold the parts and it was easy to unravel. Let's look at the overall design. It's designed to have the wiring as minimally visible at all. The jacks are hidden behind a panel with one exit for the wires, but there is substantial room in the compartment and in the exit, so the wires don't bend much. They then follow along through the back support and out the bottom, so the desk is very neat. Unfortunately, it comes with the unfortunate side effect of making it difficult to swap cables seamlessly, it takes ~3-5 minutes to unwrap everything, plug a cable in, and then put it back, and reposition your monitor. That said, it is _very clean_ looking, which I've not had in some time. Another point to the design is the button. It's a mini-analog stick, which feels nice, until you have to use it. Unfortunately, the button press in to select ok/menu is very sensitive and almost always overrides the down scroll. This gets very frustrating. My desk is a little wobbly, which causes the monitor to sometimes shake like it's saying no. I'm worried this might have long term consequences on the mount point or integrity of the support. Let's look at the quality of the visual. Unfortunately, my current system maxes out around 60-80 fps, so it's not a good benchmark. The Free Sync works well and there is rarely any jitteryness. Even in very clear visual tests, I can only occasionally spot it when I'm paying attention, which is great. It means that the up-framing is correctly interpolating. Everything is smoother on this monitor than my older ones. Furthermore, the color is really good. On par with all my Apple device displays. Indeed, I might say it's a bit better, as the contrast range is much more natural. The only negative I can see with respect to the visuals comes from the QLED. Because the monitor is so large, if you have flat colors you sometimes notice a slight gradient from bottom to top. It would have been imperceptible to me, but the first thing I did when I get the monitor was run through a series of visual tests to see how well it performs and one was flat colors. Anyway, I just got the monitor. Generally, I'd say it performs as well as I expected. I would give it 5-stars if it weren't for the button issue and the hiding-wires panel placement being a little janky.

The G7 is a tremendous powerhouse for HD content and gaming, this doesn't have the issues of flickering as the 32 one, the image is crisp, the contrast is perfect, the image definition is amazing and for gaming the 240hz is real.

Beautiful monitor looks great for my Xbox and pc. Haven't had any problems and I really like the cableless feature as well as the rgb lights makes it look great
