The TS-1264U-RP 12-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP features dual 2.5GbE ports and Port Trunking for up to 5 Gb/s of combined bandwidth. The 4K HDMI output allows for multimedia and virtual machine display, while a PCIe 3.0 x2 slot expands NAS functionality by allowing users to install a 10GbE/5GbE network card, a QM2 card for M.2 SSD caching, or Edge TPU for image recognition. Also supported is AES 256-bit encryption to ensure the sensitive business data remains confidential. Thanks to dual redundant 300W power supplies, maximum system uptime is ensured.

The TS-1264U-RP is powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron N5095 Quad-Core processor and 8GB of DDR4 RAM. This NAS also supports JBOD and a variety of RAID modes, including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60, each of which offer data redundancy, speed, or a combination of both.

This 12-bay enclosure has the ability to natively house both 3.5" and 2.5" SATA III and SATA II hard drives or SSD drives, which can reach a throughput of up to 295 MB/s. Using the external 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, 480 Mb/s USB-A 2.0, and one HDMI 1.4b port, this QNAP NAS can be connected to other QNAP devices, as well as other external drives and displays.

The QNAP TS-1264U-RP 12-Bay NAS Enclosure operates on 100-240 VAC at 50-60 Hz and stays cool using two 80mm fans. It includes an Ethernet cable, two power cords, and screws for both 3.5" and 2.5" drives. Protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.

When using one of the 2.5GbE ports, download speeds reach up to 295 MB/s, while upload speeds reach 294 MB/s. When using one 2.5GbE port with encryption, download speeds also reach 295 MB/s, while upload speeds max out at 293 MB/s.
