Simply45 ProSeries Cat 7a/7/6a STP Shielded External Ground Pass-Through Modular Plug (50-Piece Jar)

Designed to work with shielded twisted pair (STP) LAN cables, the Simply45 ProSeries Cat 7a/7/6a STP Shielded External Ground Pass-Through Modular Plug connects onto 23 AWG solid twisted pair LAN cables up to 0.32" in diameter. Fifty two-piece pass-through modular RJ45 plugs with external ground come packed inside of a convenient wide-mouth plastic jar, which work with most Cat 7a, 7, and 6a 10G cables with either FPE (foamed polyethylene) and PE insulated wire conductors constructions. in a staggered high/low wire arrangement. Its patented Cap45 design features a cap/bar that snaps onto the front of the pass-through RJ45 plug after termination, which helps to prevent electrical shorts and other electrical risks by covering the exposed wire ends. The Simply45 Bar45 load bar simplify the termination process while reducing crosstalk for enhanced performance. Each plug features a 3-prong pin design with 50 24kt gold plating to help deliver high electrical conductivity and a stronger connection to wire conductors and has a yellow tint for easy identification. These modular plugs are rated to work with PoE and PoH devices.

3-Prong Pin Design

Simply45 s 3-prong pins feature 50 of 24kt gold plating. Having a 3-prong pin provides three points of contact with the copper wire conductor, which provides a strong connection for high electrical performance and improved signal integrity with less heat build-up compared to a 2-prong connection.

The patented Cap45 design features a cap/bar that snaps onto the front of the pass-through RJ45 plug after termination, which helps to prevent electrical shorts and other electrical risks by covering the exposed wire ends.

Bar45 Load Bar

The Simply45 Bar45 load bars are designed with high quality materials to improve termination performance while simplifying the termination process. It offers better signal isolation for reduced crosstalk and maximized performance by reducing the length of untwisted wires inside the plug, which helps maintain signal integrity for larger diameter shielded cables with PE insulated wires. The Bar45 also uses a Hi/Lo stagger design that slides down to the LAN cable jacket to significantly reduce the amount of untwisted wires inside the RJ45 plug.
