Dell WH3024 Overview
Enjoy clear remote conversations and conference calls with the Wired Headset from Dell. The headset can be plugged into a desktop or laptop computer, where the noise-canceling boom mic can be used to pick-up your voice clearly during remote calls with friends, family, or co-workers. The headset is Zoom and Microsoft Teams certified and works with a host of softphones and UC platforms. The mic boom swivels up and out of the way when you're off a call or just listening to music or your favorite podcast.
Softphone Compatibility
This headset is compatible with most UC platforms and softphone clients, but is optimized for Microsoft Teams with a dedicated Teams button on the in-line remote control.
Status Light
A built-in light in the in-line remote control lets you know your status. It will indicate whether you're on a call or muted.
In-Line Remote Control
An in-line remote provides controls for Microsoft Teams, volume, call answer, redial, and mute.
Adjustable Mic
For added convenience, the boom mic can be placed on the left or right side of the headset.
