The AW-FGT-100D-120 8-Port 10/100 Mb PoE+ Unmanaged Switch from Vivotek is equipped with a DIP switch to change between EX mode, ST VLAN, and ST mode. Designed for IP surveillance applications, the camera provides standard 802.3af/at PoE functions in ST mode, while EX mode transmits data and power on one single cable up to 820 feet via EX ports for long-reach PoE IP cameras. The Commercial series adds an extra 20% of input voltage tolerance (280 VAC 4 hours, 300 VAC 1 minute), lightning surge protection of AC power, and PoE surge protection to prevent damage caused by outside unstable AC power, lightning surges, and power spikes. These unique features reduce costs associated with the replacement of damaged units.
