TRENDnet TMO-312C2K Overview
Enjoy fast and reliable network connections by using the MoCA 2.5 Ethernet-over-Coax Adapter Kit from TRENDnet with your home's existing coaxial cabling to transfer high-speed data signals. This kit includes two compact Ethernet-over-coax modules, which are designed to work with MoCA (Multimedia-over-Coax Alliance) 2.5 compatible services, such as Verizon FiOS and Spectrum, for a maximum throughput of 2.5 Gb/s.
Each module has one coax input and a Gigabit-speed RJ45 port for wired devices. Up to 16 modules are supported on a single network. No configuration or drivers are needed. MoCA 2.5 standards feature an improved packet error rate technology that is designed to deliver consistent voice and 4K video bandwidth with lowered latency. It is also backward compatible with MoCA 2.0, 1.1, and 1.0 devices. Please note that these adapters do not support DIRECTV, DISH Network, Satellite TV, or AT& T U-verse.
