The MH7601 can be used as your main router by connecting your compatible cable/DSL modem to its Gigabit Ethernet WAN port, or you can configure it as a satellite to extend the coverage of your existing compatible mesh network. As a satellite, both Gigabit Ethernet ports can be used to connect wired devices such as computers, smart TVs, and video game consoles.
Mesh networks conveniently operate using a single network ID (SSID), providing you with an uninterrupted experience as you watch videos, play games, and browse the internet while moving from room to room. Intelligent band steering technology automatically switches your devices to the least congested band so that you ll always have the fastest connection. Your wireless network is protected with WPA2 encryption and a built-in firewall. Use the Motosync app to quickly set up, manage, and monitor your network.

Featuring two powerful internal antennas, the MH7601 can transfer up to 1200 Mb/s over the 5 GHz band and 574 Mb/s on the 2.4 GHz frequency with compatible devices. You can connect up to 245 wireless devices to support your growing smart home.

Intelligent band steering automatically switches devices to the least congested Wi-Fi band to help ensure fast and strong connections. Beamforming, MU-MIMO, and OFDMA technologies further enhance the router s efficiency by communicating with multiple far-off devices simultaneously. Add compatible routers to your network to further increase your coverage.
Versatile Mesh Configuration
Connect your cable or DSL modem to the Gigabit WAN port to use it as your Wi-Fi router. Alternatively, you can quickly expand your existing compatible mesh Wi-Fi coverage by configuring the router to work as a satellite, in which case both Gigabit Ethernet ports may be used as LAN ports to connect compatible devices.
