You can expand your network coverage by using any Deco series router as a satellite to eliminate Wi-Fi dead spots.
Flexible Backhaul
The Deco BE95 lets you plan for the future with the inclusion of one 10G RJ45 port and one 10G RJ45/SFP+ combo port that allows you to use copper or fiber optic connections. There are also two 2.5G Ethernet ports available. All four ports can detect whether they're hooked up to a broadband modem or a device such as a computer or network storage device, giving you the freedom to upgrade to multi-Gig internet services and attach high-speed devices at your own pace. There is also a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port available for connecting storage drives and other devices.
You can further optimize communication between your mesh network modules by configuring one 10G Ethernet port, a 6 GHz wireless band, or both, to act as backhauls. These dedicated connections allow the modules to more efficiently communicate directly with each other to help improve the speed, range, and reliability of the system.

With support for the Matter protocol, the Deco BE95 works as a central controller that can help you manage all your compatible devices. Matter enables communication between different IoT devices such as video doorbells, lights, thermostats, and more, regardless of the manufacturer. Additionally, you can access devices connected to your local area network (LAN) through the Deco app even when your internet connection goes down.
