Designed for the extreme indoor and environments that may include oil, gas, and potentially explosive materials, this Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point features Class 1 Division 2 and ATEX Zone 2 certification in addition to being IP67-rated against weather and dust. Its powerful 5.4 dBi internal omnidirectional antennas deliver up to 1.5 Gb/s transfer speeds over the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands and support up to 256 clients per radio. OFDMA and 2x2 MU-MIMO technologies help to maintain strong, efficient connections with compatible devices.
Additionally, your wireless connections are secured with WPA3 encryption. Connecting the AP-565EX to your PoE compatible network switch through its Gigabit-speed Ethernet port allows you to transfer data and power over a single cable.
