Featuring an IP67-rated enclosure, the HPE Networking Instant On AP27 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Outdoor Access Point can withstand -45 to 145° F temperatures in addition to protecting from rain, wind, and dust. At the same time, this access point is designed to deliver wide-reaching and reliable Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) coverage with up to 75 simultaneous users over the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands.

You can provide power and data to the Instant On AP27 through a single cable by connecting its Gigabit Ethernet uplink port to a PoE+ compatible network device. You can install the access point onto a wall or ceiling using its integrated mount. Configure the access point via the HPE Networking Instant On mobile app to set up guest networks, block users, and take advantage of other features.

Target Wake Time (TWT) is ideal for IoT devices that communicate infrequently. TWT establishes a schedule for when clients need to communicate with an AP. This reduces power consumption and can extend the battery life of clients.
