Seasoned builders can easily replace or change their printing process with this Creality K1 Nozzle Kit. Featuring a total of eight nozzles of varying sizes, printers can fine-tune their prints depending on the material while taking advantage of the smooth operation and high-speed operation.

You get a total of eight nozzles split with four copper alloy and four hardened steel nozzles, allowing you to pick and choose which nozzle best fits your application. The copper alloy nozzles enhance thermal conductivity and offers even heating while supporting up to 600 mm/s print speeds. The nickel-plated layer reduces adhesion and provides smooth extrusion across a variety of filaments. Providing you with high hardness, wear-resistance, and longer service life are the hardened steel nozzles. Hardened steel nozzles are also able to support composite filaments with grinding additives such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, steel, and more. All these nozzles provide you with a smooth inner wall to reduce clogging, burr-free design, and a leak-fighting flat surface for enhanced printing capabilities.

Copper Alloy Nozzle

Designed for high-thermal conductivity, the copper nozzle with nickel-plated exterior provides a smooth operation that is compatible with a wide range of filaments including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPE, TPU, PC, and other FDM materials. PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PSU, and PPSU filaments are also compatible with this nozzle. The nozzle also supports temperatures up to 932° F, offers thermal conductivity of 330W/m-k, and features a 6 Mohs hardness rating.

Hardened Steel Nozzle

Offering high wear resistance is the hardened steel nozzle, giving users the rigidity and strength to use both simple materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPE, TPU, and PC as well as advanced materials that feature grinding additives such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten, and phosphorescent pigments. This nozzle supports temperatures up to 842° F, has a thermal conductivity of 22W/m-k, and has a 7.8 Mohs hardness rating.
