Polymaker PC05002 Overview
The Polymaker 1.75mm PC-PBT Filament is a polymer blend of PC and PBT, which offers good heat resistance. It also features toughness at low temperatures (-4 to -22° F / -20 to -30° C), where other plastics would become brittle. This filament also has good chemical resistance. This filament is ideal for automotive exterior parts, such as bumpers, roof rail brackets, and door handles.
Printing Settings
- Printing Temperature: 500 - 536° F / 260 - 280° C
- Bed Temperature: 212 - 239° F / 100 - 115° C
- Chamber Temperature: 212 - 239° F / 100 - 115° C
- Printing Speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
- Fan: OFF
Direct Drive
- Retraction Distance: 1 mm
