Polymaker PH01001 Overview

The is a PVA-based water dissolvable support for PLA, TPU, PVB, and nylon based filaments. It was specifically engineered to have an optimal interface with these materials while also displaying good solubility.

It can take between 6 to 12 hours to fully dissolve depending on your setup. You can speed up the process by increasing the water temperature, changing the water regularly, and adding a pump to make the water flow.

Printing Settings

• Printing Temperature: 419 - 437° F / 215 - 225° C
• Bed Temperature: 77 - 140° F / 25 - 60° C
• Printing Speed: 30 - 40 mm/s
• Fan: ON

Direct Drive

• Retraction Distance: 1 mm
• Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s

Indirect Drive

• Retraction Distance: 3 mm
• Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s

Drying Settings

• 176° F / 80° C for 12 hours (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
• PolyDissolve S1 is very hygroscopic, please make sure to use a dry box
