Polymaker PC03002 Overview
In addition to being strong and tough, the Polymaker 1.75mm PolyMax PC-FR Filament is flame retardant. This filament can reduce the intensity of a fire or slow/stop the spread of fire due to its self-extinguishing properties. This filament opens new applications in the automotive, railway, and aerospace industries.
Printing Settings
- Printing Temperature: 482 - 518° F / 250 - 270° C
- Bed Temperature: 194 - 221° F / 90 - 105° C
- Printing Speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
- Fan: OFF
Direct Drive
- Retraction Distance: 1 mm
- Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s
Indirect Drive
- Retraction Distance: 3 mm
- Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s
Drying Settings
167° F / 75° C for 6 hours
(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
Annealing Settings
194° F / 90° C for 2 hours
