Polymaker PC04004 Overview
The Polymaker 2.85mm PC-ABS Filament is a PC/ABS polymer blend, which offers optimal toughness and heat resistance while displaying a good surface finish. It is also provides good compatibility with metal electroplating. This filament is ideal for automotive interior parts, such as dashboard, door handles, or instrument panels.
Printing Settings
- Printing Temperature: 482 - 518° F / 250 - 270° C
- Bed Temperature: 194 - 221° F / 90 - 105° C
- Chamber Temperature: 194 - 221° F / 90 - 105° C
- Printing Speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
- Fan: OFF
Direct Drive
- Retraction Distance: 1mm
- Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s
Indirect Drive
- Retraction Distance: 3mm
- Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s
Drying Settings
- 167° F / 75° C for 6 hours (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
Annealing Settings
194° F / 90° C for 2 hours
