Polymaker PJ01019 Overview
The Polymaker 2.85mm PolySmooth Filament is designed for hands-free post processing. PolySmooth is PVB based, which is more hygroscopic than PLA, so it requires a dry box. However, it can be post processed very easily with IPA for a smoother surface finish.

- Printing Temperature: 374 - 428° F / 190 - 220° C
- Bed Temperature: 77 - 158° F / 25 - 70° C
- Printing Speed: 30 - 60 mm/s
- Fan: ON
- Direct Drive
- Retraction Distance: 1 mm
- Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s
- Indirect Drive
- Retraction Distance: 3 mm
- Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s
Drying Settings
122° F / 50° C for 12 hours
(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
