DNP IDW520 Passport and ID Photo Solution Set

The system is very professional I'll recommend this printer because you can make the work without a pc you only need this because this system works with intel with windows

So far I do not have the confidence to use this system.1: The Camera does not provide enough light at the recommended six foot distance to take passport photos that are acceptable. I am currently waiting for a flash accessory to correct this as the flash does not provide Enough light to cancel the shadows from ambient light.2: Even with evening light lowering the ambient light, the photos still have problems with background color when the built in flash is the dominant light source. The editing software almost corrects this until the print comes out and still has blue hued shadows. So how many prints do I need to waste in order to get them acceptable?3: I had hoped for the money spent that It would improve the acceptability of photos taken with a small Sony camera and printed with a HiTi printer.It has not yet done better than this system. I want it to work so I'm trying to work out the lighting but I hate being put in a situation of having to risk a person's passport application over photos that need constant correction because the flash does not always light up the subject at six feet.

The paper and ink came quickly after I ordered it. Wish I had ordered it with the printer, then we would have been able to be up and running immediately.

I am using a slave back flash the flash on the camera. Shadows,shadows, shadows! I owned the Sony camera printer camera previous to this unit had no problems with that. Why now!
