Samsonite Mobile Solution Spinner Mobile Office (Silver Shadow)

Even though it is well organized, it hurts hands, fingers, and nails. It must be produced more flexible materials particularly zips and behind the line materials. They make hard to put stuff.

I love the design and space. It is perfect for my consistent short work trips. However the wheels are giving out after 1 year. Wheels have not be the smoothest which has effected the handle from all the pulling. It's uncomfortable to roll around the busy airport. Samsonite should work on smoother wheels then this bag would be perfect.

First, I am replacing a Delsey underseat rolling bag with only two wheels after 15 long years as my main briefcase. Still works great but tattered on the bottom. My new Samsonite has 4 spinner wheels that really stabilize this bag and make it a breeze to roll around. Unfortunately, the pockets are not easily accessible due to the tightness (especially the two front pockets). You really have to unzip every zipper all of the way to access the spaces. I used to be able to throw my travel coffee mug and a sandwich in my last bag's front pocket as well as multiple power cords, tons of pens and pencils but neither of the front pockets are deep enough (especially the first pocket). The two main compartments are also tight but if you unzip all of the way, can slip in my iPads in one and my laptop, notebook and a few thin files in the laptop compartment. My previous Delsey I could carry a lot of files and books in both pockets. Unfortunately, I could not find the previous model of the Delsey anywhere. On the positive note, this bag is super sophisticated looking (Black with gold hardware) and a lot lighter than my previous bag.

I purchased this in July of 2022 after previous mobile office/ carry on was destroyed by airline. Spent a little extra to have f good brand . Terribly disappointing. The back handle isn't sewn in so well, so it ripped and broke during regular use. Handle material started fraying within 6 months.

The handle is the weakest link for this Mobile Solution Spinner. The wheels are great but the handle broke off the third time I used it - making it unusable. I would recommend this for an occasion carry on luggage but not for a daily commute to work.

I expect high quality travel bags from Samsonite. At least this was what I experienced years ago. Recently I wanted to try Samsonite again. I bought this bag and received it today. Here is my initial review: Pros: The product is beautiful and uniquely designed especially with the combination of black and gold colors. It has different spaces for laptop, cords, phone, a few folders or couple of notebooks, plus the main section which can hold spare clothes, a pair of shoes, and makeup bag for an overnight trip; but not longer than that. Seems It's made of good material and it has enough padding inside. The wheels moves almost smoothly on a non-carpeted surfaces. Cons: The shipping box I received was falling apart and taped all over to keep it together. Fortunately I have not seen any visible damage on the bag yet. The telescopic handle is not sturdy and a little flimsy. It doesn't lock properly where you need it when adjusting the height. You would have to play with it until you can find the right spot. The stitches around the main section zipper could be cleaner and better quality, not like cheap products. That's what I expect from a top brand like Samsonite. I have not fully tested this bag yet but planning to take it in my upcoming business trip. Will see how it works. Hopefully it lasts long and holds its shape well.
