FREEFLY 950-00148 Overview
Designed by pilots, for pilots, the Pilot Pro Controller Kit for Alta X from FREEFLY is a feature-rich and intuitive remote that places the controls you need in the locations you need them. Various knobs, switches, and buttons control nearly all aspects of the Alta X, such as drone movement and throttle, gimbal control and recording, emergency functions, and more. Multiple customizable buttons let you add to that and tailor the overall experience to your personal preferences. The fold-out 8" Samsung Galaxy Tab Active3 gives you an HD drone's eye view of the action, along with essential telemetry data as you pilot. While the Pilot Pro offers a modular transmitter system, this model sends commands and video over a 2.4 GHz connection using the Herelink RF transmitter.
All-Weather Construction
Made from aerospace-grade aluminum, the Pilot Pro offers IP43-rated water and dust resistance, while the integrated 8" Samsung tablet bumps that to IP68-rated production. The Pilot Pro can also handle extreme temperatures with an operating range of 14 to 122° F.
Expandable Power
Using the built-in battery within the Pilot Pro, the controller can run for up to five hours. The tablet has its own battery with a life of up to 11 hours. For extended or continuous flying with the Pilot Pro, you can use the hot swap feature with optional external battery packs.
