The new ready-to-connect and pre-tested Battery Backup Distribution system from enwitec eliminates the time-consuming and cost-intensive DIY of the switching device. So far, the switching device for battery backup distribution ( BBD ) from enwitec is the only product recommended in the SMA planning guide for use in the flexible storage system . The BBD for the SMA Flexible Storage System exclusively uses components released by SMA and therefore forms the basis for maximum security of supply.
The standard variants with an output of 20KW allow feeding from an SMA Sunny Island battery inverter, whereby the grid separation is always 3-phase and all-pole. In addition, enwitec develops and produces customer-specific variants with higher outputs and various other requirements.
