Payments and Invoicing

Do you issue invoices?

Certainly, we issue regular invoice according to the current laws in Spain. For Spanish customers we issue electronic invoice according to regulations.

Invoicing for individuals purchasing from Spain

Private customers and companies residing in Spain are subject to 21% VAT, and the amount appears as a separate item on the invoice (VAT exposed). Spanish VAT-exempt customers are requested to contact us before purchase and send us the appropriate documentation.

Invoicing for European business entities holding a valid VIES VAT Registration Number

For orders placed by business customers residing in the European Union and holding a VAT Number registered for trade within the European Union, reverse charge is applied after verification on the VIES system. On the checkout page you will find the dedicated field to select “business customer” and the special field for entering the European VAT Number.

Invoicing for European private individuals

Orders placed by private customers residing in the European Union who do not have a VAT number are subject to the application of the value tax of the country of residence. We adopt the OSS system.

Invoicing for the Rest of the World

For all countries outside the European Union, the purchase is without VAT and each customer will have to handle any charges or taxes to their own customs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Swish and major credit and debit card providers such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB. All orders must be paid in advance, before products can be shipped. All payments must be in EUR.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Progop.com uses a secure payment system to keep the information you provide during the transaction confidential. Your payment information is protected and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that it cannot reach third parties. During payment, you can verify that your confidential information is encrypted by looking at the URL displayed on your browser. With SSL technology, the URL begins with “https://” instead of “http://”, confirming that you are making a secure transaction. We will never have access to your credit card number, nor will it ever be stored in our systems.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can find and download the invoice in your private area on the website. It will be available 5-8 days after your order is processed.

Shipments

Which courier will be entrusted with my shipment? How quickly will my order be delivered?

We usually allow you to choose from at least 2 shipping options. You can choose the one you are most comfortable with, or with whom you already know your area is well served.

We generally deliver purchased products within 5-10 business days. This time is purely indicative and is constrained by the efficiency of the couriers. Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as traffic or road conditions. How can I check the status of my order or shipment?

Any progress or change in status related to your order will be communicated to you by email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your private area on our website, where you will also find the tracking number.

Can I request to ship to an address other than my own?

Of course! In that case, you will just need to give the address of the person making the payment in the “Billing Address” section and the address of the person receiving the order in the “Shipping Address” sections. In any case, however, the billing address and the shipping address must be in the same country.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If you would like to purchase from us but you don’t find your country listed during checkout, please send us a request and we will give you a separate quote for shipping costs. If you need, you can always cancel your order.

Where are the products shipped from?

All items in our store are shipped from processing facilities located in the European Union.

Is free shipping possible?

Progop.com offers free shipping; however, this mode is not applicable for all destination countries of the goods, as it is linked to commercial agreements with couriers. The shipping amount will be automatically calculated during the order: if free shipping is compatible with the destination country of your order and meets the conditions in your shopping cart, you can take advantage of this mode.
