Special note should be made regarding Studio Titan s use of a geared system for height adjustments over the commonly used windup systems. Windup stands use an internal cable rope to lift the support columns which over time can stretch, fatigue, and break. Whereas Studio Titan s geared crank takes its cue from industrial design by using an all-metal chain rack-and-pinion gearing system.
