The adapter has a 5/8 (16mm) socket to fit onto light stands with a 5/8 stud. Alternatively, since its outer diameter is 1-1/8 , you can remove the tightening knob and use the TVMP as a Junior pin to fit onto a stand with a 1-1/8 receiver. The adapter is constructed of zinc steel and has a 1/2 -13 bolt with a washer to attach to a yoke.
