The heart of the Astera FP1-Titan Tube is a revolutionary LED engine with an algorithm which generates an individual calibration for each light after measuring its photometrics during Astera s manufacturing process.
The 40.7" tube has a wide variable CCT of 1750 to 20,000K but it also has an RGB mode that gives you access to millions of hues. Temperature compensation during operation constantly measures the temperature of each LED chip and adjusts the intensity of the red, green, blue, mint, and amber LEDs accordingly to maintain an even output. The FP1-Titan runs on an internal battery for an hour and 45 minutes. The battery is powered with a separately purchased AC adapter or Titan Power Box.

The Titan LED engine contains five LED chips (red, green, blue, mint, amber) to deliver a broad color spectrum and wider color gamut
Wide Range of Whites
White colors are mixed though an intelligent algorithm out of red, green, blue, mint and amber LEDs. With this technology, you can reproduce beautiful white tones from 1750K and 20,000K.
TLCI / CRI 96
The 5-chip LED Engine leads to excellent color rendering of 96 Ra no matter if you display 3200K, 6500K or anything in between. Color rendering beyond this range is also exceptionally high as the white tones are mixed out of 5 colored LED chips
Color Input Methods
Astera offers multiple ways to select colors from the AsteraApp, DMX sources, and the light s back panel. You can select colors through RGB or HSI values as well as x,y coordinates. You can also accurately reproduce filter gels from Lee and Rosco based on daylight and tungsten sources.
A table with DMX values for common colors is available to ensure that you can reach this level of precision from DMX consoles as well as the AsteraApp
Built-In Battery
The Titan Tube has a powerful built-in battery. Seamless runtime technology allows you to set it to run a specific length of time to ensure it doesn t run out of power, while still outputting the maximum brightness. When displaying white light at maximum brightness the tube will run for an hour and 45 minutes
