Offering a soft wraparound quality thanks to its long, narrow form factor and 400 bright LEDs, the 50" Soft Bi-Color Strip LED Light from Genaray is a versatile fixture that is easy to use in the studio or on location. The light has color temperature variable from 3000 to 5600K to seamlessly fit into ambient light situations, match other fixtures, or just exercise creative freedom. High CRI and TLCI ratings are your assurance of precise reproduction of colors. Light intensity is variable from 1 to 100% for a 6-stop range. And while you can make these adjustments locally on the fixture, you can also make them wirelessly from distances up to 100 with purchase of the optional Genaray the SSL-RC remote control.

The long strip fixture can be used vertically or horizontally for dramatic results. The SSL-50B is great for edge lighting a subject or creating even lighting for backdrops and green screens. It s also a great choice when you want to create dramatic accent lighting behind your subject. The SSL-50B has a beam angle coverage of 75° , which can be modified using the built-in barndoors. The fixture comes with a multi-voltage adapter that makes it ready for worldwide use, but it can also run on optional V-mount batteries when AC power is unavailable. A carrying case is included to store and transport the light.

The mount incorporates a ball head attachment with a ratchet handle to provide precise fine tuning and adjustment and offering you the option to quickly change the light s orientation from horizontal to vertical or to any position within the ball head s 360° adjustable range.

Wireless Control

With separate purchase of Genaray s SSL-RC remote you can adjust the color and light intensity from up to 100 away.

Stepless Dimming

The dimming buttons adjust the brightness from 1 to 100% in 1° increments for a full 6-stop range.

Quiet Operation

The SSL-50B operates quietly without a fan. That s good news if you re lighting a video shoot and want to record live sound or dialog. The heat sink effectively dissipates heat and makes it possible to operate the fixture for long periods without overheating.

Multi-Voltage

The SSL-50B can run on North American and international voltages. Take it with you, even if you re leaving the country to shoot abroad. All you need is an inexpensive plug adapter.
