Recycle time is a very quick 0.06 to 0.9 seconds, and the flash supports High Speed Sync times as short as 1/8000 second. Its LED modeling lamp is a 20W LED that can be set to Proportional, On/Off, or Full and with presets from 2700 to 6500K and a CRI of 95, it can actually be used to shoot video. Yet another feature is the built-in 20-channel receiver, that with purchase of a Skyport transmitter, can make adjustments at distances up to 656 . You can also control settings wirelessly via Bluetooth with a smartphone App.
