Part of Neewer's wireless 2.4 GHz Q system, the Q300 Outdoor/Studio Flash is a 300Ws monolight suitable for use both in the studio and on the road. Battery-powered, the flash allows for convenient, cordless location shooting. Setting the light to manual mode, you can determine the flash output by adjusting it from 1/64 to 1/1. In S1/S2 optical triggering, one strobe will illuminate itself when it detects a flash produced by another one. A multi-stroboscopic mode enables programmable sequential firing of up to 20 flashes in a row, while a quick mode lets you adjust the flash duration from 1/1000 to 1/10,000 sec. The flash head provides a recycling time of 0.4-2.5 sec, while its battery will give you a notable 1000 full-power flashes on a full charge. Additionally, the Q300 employs a 13W LED modeling lamp for careful composition.
