1. The package costed close to €7,000.00. And It comes with NO bag for the power pack. Nor does it come with any bag. The power pack is heavy. So recommended the Think Tank bag €509.50. So we purchased it. I called Speedotron and emailed and told them after loading the power pack, 3 lights and the cords, the bag is over 80 lbs and I hurt my back lifting it into the SUV. So, I requested for a bag JUST for the power pack. No response from Speedotron and suggested getting another bag for just the power pack, €500.00 Pelican. 2. The light heads do not hold well and keeps tilting with an umbrella on a C stand and cross bar. It's been so annoying on shoots and the light drops down. No matter how tight you make it it keeps turning. 3. You can only modify the power with one knob which changes ALL sockets on the power pack. Unlike my previous Norman, you can control each socket. With that being said, it takes so many light modifiers. As a long time, customer, I requested for a refund as the whole reason I settled for this product is because all my studio equipment was stolen, and I needed something fast and Norman light package was not avail for months and I had jobs lined up. I hope will make an exception and honor my request for a refund.
