With three 230W halogen lamps arranged in a single housing, the P3 Pixel Tungsten Blinder Light from Portman Lights creates an intense blinder effect or a bright, wide wash of warm white light. Each lamp is individually dimmable to take advantage of the unmatched smoothness of tungsten light, making it suitable for both live and recorded applications.

The quality and reliability of tungsten lighting is packed into a contemporary form factor while still maintaining a throwback look. At full power, the P3 delivers illumination at a color temperature of 2900K it shifts to an even deeper reddish temperature when dimmed, as is the nature of fixtures utilizing tungsten filament. It spreads its light in a wide beam angle of 94° , though this may change when one individually adjusts the intensity of each of the three lamps. With nearly 700W of output, the P3 can act as a general tungsten wash or a stunning blinder. The fixture is carried by a large fully rotating yoke for optimized positioning, especially when rigged overhead. For permanent installments or complex lighting setups, the P3's dimmers may be controlled remotely via DMX. 5-pin XLR input/outputs are available out-of-the-box, with the option to purchase a separate wireless module for the WDMX function.
