This water-based, vinyl acrylic paint with matte finish is quick-drying, and can be applied to almost all surfaces once they ve been properly cleaned and treated with a primer, such as Rosco s Tough Prime. Using a white basecoat will yield the most dramatic color effects. You can apply the paint with a brush, roller, or spray gun. Please keep in mind that it s best to keep the paint out of direct sunlight whenever possible, as prolonged exposure to UV light will cause a degradation in the pigment.
