The 10x42 lens system uses Steiner s High-Definition lens elements and phase-corrected prisms to transmit bright images with enhanced color fidelity and contrast. This configuration from the Tactical series has a 60° apparent viewing angle and can focus to within seven feet, making this optic well-suited for tactical use as well as birding, hunting, and almost any close to mid-range glassing activity. Anitrogen-filled fogproof housing provides this set of binoculars with the build quality needed to endure unforgiving weather conditions. Steiner s Two-Way Valve system enables air to be more effectively drawn from the optical housing and replaced with inert, non-condensing nitrogen. Non-slip rubber armoring, twist-up rubber eyecups, and a comfortable 17mm eye relief equip the 10x42 Tactical binoculars with the features needed for reliable and comfortable outdoor viewing.
