Added to this Double HD lens configuration, the Passion HD combines large objectives, phase-corrected BAK4 Schmidt-Pechan prisms, and anti-reflective fully multi-coated optics that work together to further enhance the optical performance and produce clear and bright images with accurate color representation across the entire field of view without distortion, or spherical or chromatic aberrations. When combined with its ultra-long eye relief and comfortable exit pupil, users will be presented with an immersive observational experience in the field, at the range, or in the blind regardless of the light conditions.

Exterior lens surfaces are treated with GPO`s proprietary PASSIONdrop hydrophobic coatings, which repel water, dust, oil, and dirt to make them smudge repellent, help them stay cleaner longer, and easier to clean. Its sturdy magnesium alloy chassis helps to keep the weight down without sacrificing strength, while its micro-bridge design frees up more space on the optical tubes for the user`s hands to improve grip strength and stability. The binocular is wrapped in a protective rubber armor that provides a non-slip grip even in cold and wet weather. Each optical tube is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof, and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditions.
